Women’s Health Nutrition & Coaching Packages

Our 4 month women’s health program is designed for women who are ready to make positive changes to optimise their female health and reach their highest potential.

This will be an intimate, exciting and transformative journey, with you entirely at the centre, lead by our highly experienced Registered Nutritionists.

At the end of the programme you will:

Your 4 month coaching pathway

We will come together as a partnership throughout the 4 months, working towards the same goal.

Our role as your nutritionist and coach is to support you in making healthy, life affirming choices. Here’s what you can expect:

Initial Consultation

After the completion of your intake forms, we start with a 60 minute deep dive into your health history, your symptoms and body systems, and carry out a diet and lifestyle audit. We discuss your current challenges and together we will solidify your goals and map out your path for the next 4 months.

Health Optimisation Plan &
Supplement Schedule

You’ll receive personalised recommendations that evolve with you - adapted after each session based on your progress and any test results. By the end of the 4 months, you’ll walk away with your own health optimisation plan, covering nutrition, lifestyle, environment, mindset, and supplements.

Regular Coaching Sessions

We then check-in every 3 weeks with focused 30-40 minute sessions for a high level of support, to track progress, fine-tune your plan and coaching to keep you moving forward, step by step. It’s all about sustainable change, not quick fixes.

Bespoke Resources and Recipes

Not only will you have exclusive access to ‘The Vault’ resource hub - a library packed full of videos, recipe books and worksheets - but you will benefit from bespoke handouts too. These will help you implement each step of your Health Optimisation Plan, or can be provided for further reading.

Unlimited Whatsapp Support

You will have unlimited messenger support for the ultimate accountability. Here for you between sessions for any questions, feedback, quick-tips and the ultimate accountability. Your very own Nutritionist in your back pocket to ensure you are fully supported throughout the 4 months.

Comprehensive Health Testing

Included is a comprehensive health & hormone blood test, assessing over 50 different markers from hormones, blood sugar, inflammation and nutrient status. Additional functional testing is also available if we think this would be helpful — from stool, mineral, DUTCH or vaginal microbiome.

THE FOUNDATION

Personalised Nutrition

Nutrition is at the heart of this programme and forms the foundation of our work together.

In your initial consultation, I’ll conduct a full review of your current eating habits, identifying what’s missing, what’s working, and what may be holding you back.

Over the 4 months, you’ll learn how targeted foods, nutrients, and eating behaviours can support your health and ease symptoms. Your nutrition plan will evolve with you, ensuring it stays aligned with your progress.

I take a non-diet approach, focusing on nourishing your body and fostering a positive relationship with food. With my ongoing support, you’ll finish the programme feeling confident and in control.

EDUCATION

Women’s Health Education

This programme is designed to educate and empower you to understand your unique body and provide you with the tools to make informed, lasting changes.

We’ll explore all symptoms from hair loss, excess hair growth, acne, recurring thrush or UTIs, bowel habits, cervical mucus, and key health checks like breast screening and smear tests.

You’ll receive personalised protocols, and practical guides you can continue using well beyond our time together — think of it as your personal women’s health handbook.

Plus, you’ll get access to The Vault — a dedicated learning hub packed with video lessons, resources, and more to support you between sessions.

HEALING WORK

Body Image & Food Healing

Nearly every woman I’ve worked with has struggled with body image or disordered eating — often without realising it, as these behaviours are deeply embedded in diet culture.

That’s why I’ve trained specifically in this area, to offer deeper support and help you rebuild a healthier relationship with food and your body.

If desired, we’ll work through a body image healing journey together that encourages self-connection and lasting change. This often includes reflective practices and ‘homework’ between sessions, designed to help you get the most out of the process — and finally leave poor body image behind.

DE-CODE YOUR CYCLE

Cycle & Fertility Awareness

Whether you're trying to conceive, seeking a natural form of contraception, or simply want to feel more in tune with your body, understanding your menstrual cycle is essential.

It’s surprising how little many women know about their cycle — yet it’s a vital marker of health, often referred to as our “fifth vital sign.”

Throughout the programme, we’ll track your cycle patterns, regularity, and symptoms. I’ll teach you what a healthy cycle looks like, how to chart it, and how to spot key signs of ovulation and overall wellbeing.

By the end, you’ll feel confident and empowered to understand and work with your cycle like a pro.

  • An initial consultation typically lasts 60 minutes where:

    • We will have a detailed discussion about your current health concerns, symptoms and anything flagged from your intake forms

    • I will explain how I believe your current dietary and lifestyle choices could be contributing to your symptoms

    • You will have multiple opportunities to ask any questions regarding your health and nutrition

    • We will cement your goals and mutually agreed-upon a therapeutic approach moving forwards

  • Follow up appointments typically last 40 minutes and will take place fortnightly so we can:

    • Evaluate your progress, identify any challenges and celebrate your successes

    • Interpret any test results

    • Explore and agree upon the next phase of your programme

    • You will receive updated recommendations and action points to follow until our next session

    • Further resources, recipes and materials can be provided
