Meet Kirsten Oddy

I am a Bristol-based Nutritionist, seeing clients in my central Bristol clinic - or online.

With over 13 years experience in healthcare, I am passionate about empowering women to optimise their health, balance their hormones, overcome their PCOS, optimise their fertility and prepare for pregnancy and beyond.

The wealth of nutritional information available on the Internet is conflicting, overwhelming and difficult to navigate, but by working with me, I will use the latest in nutritional science to support you throughout your journey.

NOT THAT LONG AGO, I FELT JUST LIKE YOU…

My PCOS Health Journey

Like many in this field of work, I have been on my own health journey.

I struggled with PCOS and its associated symptoms for years and after many failed attempts and feeling unsupported by my doctor, it was finally through personalised nutrition and lifestyle modifications that I was able to take charge of my health and wave goodbye to my PCOS symptoms once and for all.

With my hormones balanced, my skin began to glow and my acne disappeared.

My sugar cravings dropped.

My ovaries were no longer polycystic, and I went from having non-existent periods to regular periods every month!

All this came from listening to my body and giving it what it needed - and this journey turned out to be the best thing I ever did!

This is what lead me to today, as a BANT Registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist, and Women’s Health Specialist, passionate about helping other women live full, happy and healthy lives.

I am proud to have helped a diverse range of clients over the years; from my role as partner nutritionist for a fertility help hub where I regularly supported members with their nutrition throughout their fertility and pregnancy journeys, to joining an award winning central London nutrition clinic where I was fortunate to work with a large team of experienced practitioners where I specialised in reproductive health.

Most recently, building Kirsten Oddy Nutrition into a team a women’s health practitioners has been a highlight, with one main mission in mind - helping as many women as possible reach optimal health!

At Kirsten Oddy Nutrition we provide personalised one-to-one nutrition consultations in our Bristol clinic and online. Many clients come to us with hormone imbalances, PCOS, fertility issues, fatigue, and high stress.
