What is a DUTCH test?
The DUTCH test stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones and is a comprehensive assessment of sex hormones, cortisol levels, and their metabolites, alongside other markers like melatonin, oxidative stress and more.
The DUTCH test is carried out at home, over a 24 hour period, and involves a small collection of urine on filtered paper, which is then sent back to the lab and tested when dried. This makes it is a really convenient, non-invasive test that can be done anywhere.
This can offer a more in-depth view to how your hormones are functioning, especially during the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle, to help you get to the root cause of PMS, hormonal acne, low energy and more.
