My 3 month women’s health program is designed for women who are ready to make positive changes to optimise their female health and reach their highest potential.
This will be an intimate, fun and transformative journey, with you entirely at the centre.

You and I will work as a partnership throughout the 3 months, working towards the same goal.
My role as your nutritionist and coach is to support you in making healthy, life affirming choices.
We deep dive into your health history, family history and all the different systems in the body. We discuss your current challenges and what’s stopping you from achieving your goals. From here we map out your path and our specific areas of focus for the next 3 months.
Fortnightly follow up sessions for a high level of accountability and support. Depending on your areas of focus, each session may run slightly differently and some may also include worksheets to complete outside of our sessions. Together we will take a step by step approach with easy to implement action points.
In addition to the regular appointments, you will have unlimited messenger contact with me so you are fully supported throughout this programme. You will receive tips and pointers and I will answer your questions as we go. Your very own Nutritionist in your back pocket!

My time spent researching your case, communicating with other healthcare providers, interpreting any test results, creating bespoke resources and putting together safe and effective recommendations, is fully inclusive.
There are many dimensions to female health and happiness, and the biggest transformations come when we look at you as a whole - this means tapping into your emotional and physical centres to create an incredibly magical and empowering space for you to transform.
Each woman’s journey will be different from another and your programme will be fully customised based on your specific needs.

Nutrition plays a powerful role in your health journey and as my main modality, this will be your foundation of the programme.
At our initial consultation I will carry out a full audit on your current dietary choices and patterns, assessing which foods are missing from your diet and which habits are helpful or not-so-helpful.
From here you will be given detailed explanations on how nutrition can help in your case, learning which specific foods, nutrients and dietary behaviours will support you on your journey to optimal health, minimise your symptoms and fully nourish your body.
I take a non-diet approach and instead we will focus on therapeutic and intuitive eating principles to help you build a healthy relationship with food. You will have my full support throughout, so at the end of the programme you will be a pro!
This programme hasn’t been designed to just tell you what you should or shouldn’t be doing - but to educate and empower you to understand what is going on in your body and exactly what you can do about it from a holistic mindset.
We will discuss your menstrual cycle, symptoms of hair loss, excess hair growth and acne, what it means when you have recurring thrush or urinary tract infections, what your bowel habits and cervical mucus means, plus information on breast screening, smear tests and more!
My aim is for you to be able to listen to the language of your body - to observe and evaluate what’s going on and have the tools your need to be able to implement the appropriate changes.
This includes therapeutic techniques, protocols and guides that you will be able to use long after our work together is done - a women’s health bible if you wish!
PLUS - throughout your programme you will get access to ‘The Vault’ - a dedicated health hub with video lessons, extra resources and more, so you can enhance your learning in between our 1:1 sessions.
Almost every woman I have worked with has struggled with poor body image and/or disordered eating - and so it soon became important for me to train further in this area so I could support my clients on another level.
In fact - disordered eating is so engrained into western diet culture that you may not even realise you have it!
Working together, I will guide you through a body image healing journey so you can not only improve your relationship with food, but also reconnect with your true self.
This modality often includes ‘homework’ and reflective practices between sessions so you can gain the most from this healing work and wave goodbye to poor body image.
Whether you are trying to conceive, looking for a natural alternative to contraception - or you simply want to be more in tune with your cycle and your body - menstrual cycle and/or fertility awareness is key.
It’s surprising how as women we know so little about our menstrual cycle and what is normal or not and it truly is a marker of health (some have even coined a healthy cycle our fifth vital sign!).
Throughout the programme we will be assessing your menstrual cycle patterns, regularity and symptoms. I will teach you what a healthy menstrual cycle looks like, how to chart your cycle and what are the best indicators of ovulation - and ultimately health - are for you.
At the end of this programme you will be an expert at observing and understanding your menstrual cycle!
I work with a select amount of clients each month so I can give you the dedication and focus you deserve, guiding you throughout.
This program is for women who are ready to commit fully to their health program - this is where the big transformations can occur afterall!

An initial consultation typically lasts 60 minutes where:
We will have a detailed discussion about your current health concerns, symptoms and anything flagged from your intake forms
I will explain how I believe your current dietary and lifestyle choices could be contributing to your symptoms
You will have multiple opportunities to ask any questions regarding your health and nutrition
We will cement your goals and mutually agreed-upon a therapeutic approach moving forwards
Follow up appointments typically last 40 minutes and will take place fortnightly so we can:
Evaluate your progress, identify any challenges and celebrate your successes
Interpret any test results
Explore and agree upon the next phase of your programme
You will receive updated recommendations and action points to follow until our next session
